This Terms of Service("terms", "Terms") is an outline of the services provided by/at GeocodeFarm.com; your obligations imposed in using the services; our rights and responsibilites in providing services; limitations of services; and other information or statements regarding legal matters.

By accessing any content available at http://www.geocodefarm.com, its sub-domains, directories, internal links, and/or files; by using the services provided through and/or by GeocodeFarm.com, you agree that your are 18 years of age or older and further agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Licenses

GeocodeFarm.com maintains comercial use and redistribution licenses with various information sources and providers. In having such agreements in place, this allows us to redistribute such data and information to you for certain purposes, herein outlined.

You are hereby granted a non-exclusive license to use or display the information and data provided, so long as in doing so you do not violate these terms.

Usage Allowed / Forbidden

You may NOT display the information and data on either an internet or intranet site, regardless of access restrictions to such site. You may store the information and data in a database system for later use. You may use the information and data in conjunction with a maping provider to plot or allocate arial data onto / in a map for use on your site.

You may NOT without the express written permission of GeocodeFarm.com's owner(s) or operator(s), resell the information or data provided for a profit. This includes redistributing the information or data at ANY cost to the user / visitor of your own service / site, regardless of pricing, loss, or profit earned from such redistribution. You may NOT use the information or data to start your own data provider service / API, regardless of it being free, paid, or non-profit without the express written permission of GeocodeFarm.com's owner(s) / operator(s).

Legalities

You agree to abide by the laws of the United States, Canada, and your home ("country", "locality", "province", "state", "city", "county", "municipality") teritory when in use of the services provided by GeocodeFarm.com.

You agree to not abuse the services provided by GeocodeFarm.com, use them for illicit activities, use them for illegal purposes, and/or in a manner which violates these terms.

Warranties

In providing the service(s), GeocodeFarm.com makes no expressed nor implied warranty as to the accuracy, availability, or usability of the services, data, and/or information provided. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of such data. We expressly and explicitly disclaim any and all responsibility for any and all consequences arising from, through, or out-of the use of our services, data, information, or site; aswell as any information provided therein.

You agree that the services, credits, or plans that you purchase from or through us have a no-refund policy and that any money paid will not be refunded for any reason, what-so-ever. Please use sound judgement and budgeting in making a purchase and do not make a purchase that you cannot afford to pay for. We provide our end, you provide your end in paying for the services.

Remedies & Limitations

We reserve the right to revoke this license, your account, your access to the site, services, and data; with or without prior written notification; and with or wihout reason or cause at any time, as we deem fit.

You agree that you will hold harmless GeocodeFarm.com, [its owner(s), its operator(s), its agent(s), and/or its affiliate(s)]. You further agree to waive any liability for damages or compensation that at any time might be owed to you by GeocodeFarm.com arising our of or through your use of the site, services, data, or information. This section applicable to the fullest extent of the law and is void in the State of California.

Severability

This agreement is non-revokable, non-transferable, and in-severable to the limit provided by law; except by GeocodeFarm.com at it's discression. These terms shall remain in effect until otherwise decided by GeocodeFarm.com, it's owner(s) or operator(s).

Changes / Updates

GeocodeFarm.com reserves the right to change or alter these terms at any time, for any reason, and with or without notice.

Jurisdiction / Validity

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.

In the even that any section of these terms be deemed invalidated or deemed illegal by a judge of appropriate jurisdiction in the State of New York, United States of America or a federal judge in the United States of America, all other sections shall remain intact and will be considered valid and binding.
